Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using PintarRPH ("the Service"), provided by RS Automation Solutions (SSM: 202603043461 / AS0510129-T), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PintarRPH is an AI-powered lesson plan (RPH/RPT) generator for Malaysian educators. The Service generates KSSR and KSSM-compliant lesson plans across 50+ subjects and four languages (Bahasa Melayu, English, Arabic, Jawi). The Service is available as a web application and desktop application.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • One license is valid for one user only. Account sharing is prohibited.
  • You must be a teacher, educator, or education professional to use the Service.

4. License Grant

RS Automation Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PintarRPH under the following terms:

  • One user: Each license is for a single user only.
  • One-year validity: The license is valid for one (1) year from the date of first activation.
  • License types: SR (KSSR, Tahun 1-6), SM (KSSM, Tingkatan 1-5), or BUNDLE (both curricula).
  • Desktop: You may activate the desktop software on up to two (2) devices. The software is tied to your device IDs.
  • Web: Access from any device using your portal credentials. No hardware binding.

5. Payment

  • License pricing and duration are displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed through ToyyibPay (FPX/card). All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
  • Licenses are non-transferable.
  • Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase if no RPH/RPT has been generated.

6. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Share your license key or allow multiple users to use a single license.
  • Activate the desktop software on more than two (2) devices simultaneously.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
  • Remove or modify any copyright notices.
  • Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the software without authorisation.
  • Share, redistribute, or resell generated content as templates or commercial products.
  • Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service (except through official APIs).
  • Attempt to bypass license activation or validation mechanisms.

7. AI-Generated Content

  • Lesson plans are generated using Google Gemini AI and should be reviewed by educators before use.
  • RS Automation Solutions does not guarantee that generated content is free from errors.
  • You retain ownership of generated content for your personal educational use.
  • Generated content is based on the Malaysian DSKP curriculum framework but does not represent official KPM materials.

8. Fair Usage

The Service operates under a fair usage policy: 20 RPH and 20 RPT generations per day per account. These limits reset at midnight (00:00 MYT). Excessive automated usage may result in temporary rate limiting. Full details are available in our Fair Usage Policy.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

10. License Termination

Your rights under this Agreement will terminate:

  • Automatically after one (1) year from the first activation date.
  • Automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of these terms.
  • If you share your license with other users.

Upon expiration or termination, you must cease all use of the software. Previously generated plans remain viewable but new generation is disabled. To continue, purchase a renewal from the User Portal.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, RS Automation Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

13. Availability and Modifications

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
  • These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
